"In an ideal Bertholy model swing the first move of the downswing will be the movement of the lead knee towards the target. After that movement the hands drop lower. After these two things happen the shoulders rotate in the downswing. What is observed is the movement of the lead knee initiates/causes a rotation/shift of the hips and that happens while the hands are dropping and before the shoulders rotate".
