After setting my weight distribution in setup, I don't give it it much thought at all. I want my weight balanced pretty much even across the length of my feet, and most of the weight and pressure to be on the inside edge of the trail foot. I just did a slow motion swing trying to feel and notice what my weight does on the lead pretty much just goes down into the whole foot - very solid and stable...the lead knee stays flexed.

I don't know how making the knee go "out toward the ball" would change the way the club seems the only way to make the knee go out toward the ball is to flex the knee more, not a good thing.....words are hard. I guess I just want my knee to move laterally back and forth so that it ends up over my lead foot.

Would love to see video of what you are describing.
