that have healthy backs..but just a bit outa shape.
It is amazing what just a little bit of fitness will do for your overall well being. I'm definitely not a gym rat - I only do about 1/2 hour a day on the treadmill ( or walk ), my stretches, and my golf practice/exercises. Since January I have been eating healthier ( and not as much!) also. But even just that little bit has made a world of difference just like you said.
We do take our health for granted, at least I did, until something makes us realize what a gift it is. In my case Kim's sister's fiance, 6 days younger than me, collapsed at work and was DOA just like that. That was all the wake up I up I needed.
Stan you are an inspiration to all of us here on the SA forum, and a great example of someone that loves the game. Golf does a lot of good things for those of us blessed enough to be able to play it, and I am sure you don't take for granted one single shot you are able to play!
Never quit til you have a swing you'll never forget!
