Peter, I have a Masters Degree in Sports Management. I played tennis at a Division One college level and trained at some of our world's most prestigious tennis academies. I have taught sports (tennis, golf, soccer, basketball...) for over twenty years. And I know for the most part, when it comes to professional sports, the coach is more focused on strategy than technique. You can question my golf swing but my knowledge of sports and the coach-to-player relationship is something I am most certainly aware of. Without a doubt, golf is more focused on technique than any other sport, at both the professional and amateur level. And I question why.
