1) He clearly says that 75% of the pros are in the corridor. That means 25% are not
2) Any formula (e.g. standard deviation) that set limits also excludes samples outside of the limits. If it did not then 100% of the samples would be in the range.
Unless you can provide a reference to Dr. Mann's work the:
1) You do not know whether Furyk and or Couples were included or not
2) You do not know the process used to develop the composite pro
Without such references I will continue to take Dr. Mann at his word that his model is a composite of 100 tour pros (i.e. none were excluded).
