Sensors are on the upper torso not the shoulders.
Shoulder turn is used as "most people" understand that to mean upper torso. He said he would prefer to use upper torso also for customers, but it is just easier this way. I believe it was Jim McLean that wanted the term shoulders, and apparently Rob lost that argument.
