When you set shutter speed on the Casio make certain that it is fixed and won't be changed by the camera if underexposed. That blur looks like too slow a shutter speed but 1/1000 sec should be enough to make it clear at that point in the swing and 1/1000 sec does require a LOT of light for proper exposure.
