It gets in your head for sure at first. At face value so ridiculous and quirky. As you know, I have long been an advocate of a "body swings the arms swings the club" approach. Turn back, bump the lead knee, "transport" the arms with the use of the legs, then hips, then shoulders. Has worked fine for me. So to do it MGS way was quite a shift for me, and frankly, had I not hurt my back, I most likely would not have given it a thought.
But as they say, necessity is the mother of invention, and it has worked out marvelously so far.
