I guess by that logic that those SA pros were valid in saying they were SA even though they did not exhibit SA alignment because they attempted to do SA and got to the positions they achieved in the process.
Todd Graves did not go argue that position when it was pointed out here that Sandy Lyle was not SA aligned in competition instead saying that Sandy had it right at an earlier tournament and was slipping into old habits.
It may then be that the value to you so far with MGS is not the swing per se but rather that the direction got you into a better, though very much conventional, position starting your downswing.
Looking at the cover of 'Swing Like a Pro' your start downswing position now looks very much like that from the model swing adjusted for less shoulder turn. Perhaps the MGS direction is getting you back to where you were. That was Sandy Lyle's statement about SA. It will be interesting to see how it works if/when you actually match the demonstrated swing.
