Wow if you have the seceret please tell us, because every other diet and excercise guru out there, have pretty poor records for success, beyond some initial weight loss 10 lbs or so, which don't last very long.
Most folks have a pre-dispositioned metabolic rate that pre-determines their weight. Some can do no physical excerise at all, eat like a pig and still remain thin. Others like me, would have to literally keep up a boot camp regime to stay picture perfect thin.
I always get a kick out of watching that show "The Biggest Loser" (mostly because they make me look skinny) I would venture to say most, if not all of the folks on that show return to being obese within a year or two, once they return to a NORMAL life.
Losing weight is like learning golf, it's a constant search for the holy grail, because none of it, I mean none of it works for very long if you have a bad metabolism!
