"You will also have to move your head back to over your rear knee (just like IMA and LPG). This puts your weight mostly on your rear leg and you MUST keep it there through the swing. You hit from BEHIND, keeping your weight over the rear leg. It is CRUCIAL that through the swing you do not transfer your weight forward, until AFTER you strike the ball, then let your club "pull" you up and turned onto your lead leg..."
This is from the HSS short coarse which I'm sure you read. [For ME,] by thinking I'm not going to lift my right heel up [EVER] helps ME from coming out of the shot. When the ball's gone I go into a normal posing finish. I'm no expert, just trying to help. We are all here because conventional golf hasn't worked. SA is mostly unconventional and so are some of the tips.
Something else that helps me is maintaining a very light grip throughout the swing. I believe IMA advocates a firm grip. It seems for every tip there's another one that's just the opposite. No wonder we're so confused. In the end you [we] need to find what works for us...Peter I'm sure has a different take on it.
