I have never seen a good player with more weight on the rear leg at impact, then on the leading leg. Imagine throwing a ball keeping your weight back until the ball is gone. Good luck getting any distance. Or throw a punch keeping your weight back until you make contact. wink.gif

There are hundreds of examples as to why it is bad advice to keep your weight back until after impact.

If you want to ruin your own game that is fine, just don't bring others down with you. wink.gif
