Response to Side Bend
The pain was originally caused by lifting weights using poor technique. Unfortunately I carried my poor posture habits to my golf game. It was just a few years ago that I learn that my setup was all wrong and should never arch your back. Too late for me.
25 degrees. The pain subsides after 45 degrees.
The reverse k. Can it be achieved by straightening the trail leg or lead leg during the swing?
