I have only purchased a few things from Hireko golf over the years, but I have always found their phone people helpful and their products satisfactory, and inexpensive.
I have come to love hybrid golf clubs, because many of them have rounded soles, which allows me to hold the club upright (ala Moe), without altering loft/lie.
I, also, like some off-set because it helps in putting the clubhead directly behind the ball.
With those two requirements, is anybody familiar enough with Hireko products to recommend one. Are the Hireko hybrids any good?
I have hit some A2 Adams hybrids and I like those. I like the look of the Bobby Jones hybrids, but they are too expensive. Any ideas on hybrids for single axis golf?
I just recently purchased a used Cobra Baffler #5 hybrid. I've used this club just a few times, and already it has become the favorite club in my bag. In fact, I've pulled out my fairway woods and am using the Cobra off the fairway in there place. I don't hit the Cobra as far as a fairway wood, but the shots with the Cobra are always straight, with a slight draw. I was having too many "topped" shots with the fairway woods. I also carry a #4 Ping G10 hybrid that I use off the tee on long par threes. Both hybrids have a standard lie angle, and seem to work fine with a SA setup.
