How to grab an online video?

There are some short game videos of Moe on NG's free site that I would like to download to my PC. The site ishttp://moenormangolfacademy.org/free/videos-home.aspx

To view the videos, a person has to be a registered user.

There are programs at sites like keepvid.com that will let you grab a streaming video, but you have to know the URL of it. When I watch the Moe videos, there is no URL displayed for the actual video. I'm not that technical, but that's how I see it.

Can anyone discern the URL of the videos? Or know any other way I can grab and save them? I'm not looking to make commercial use of them. I just want to view them without the lags and interruptions that I get because of my marginal almost-broadband internet connection.

But this software...

might require an actual URL and that the movie not be protected. If this is the case, you might have to resort to a screen recorder like HyperCam

as far as I remember. I think once you are on the site with the video it is almost automatic.
