Michael, I have found some very good information and inspiration here. The latter is useful after two virus intrusions in 2 weeks!
I used Acrobat to publish a friend's 417 page autobiography. He had a great story and information for the group the book was aimed at (magicians) but the cost of printing the book in acceptable quality (especially with a lot of photos)and with the main market in the USA and UK, made the potential cost very high.
The availability of electronic publishing (on CD Rom, not Web download) made something he had worked on for years possible and I gave him the first completed CD Rom only a few days before he died unexpectedly.
The feedback has got me enthused to get my own book under way and I am sure that this Forum and your newsletter will provide even more help during that process.
