I suggest Fast Books though I have not used them myself but the Company, the Founder - Pat Woolley and the previous Company - Wild & Woolley had a spotless premium reputation in Australian publishing in the years that I read the Australian publication, Bookseller and Publisher, though I have not seen a copy for a couple of years.
Another possibility is to get your books printed in small quantities at Xerox Centres.
