Once you have written an e-book what is the best strategy to market it? From my research so far, I have found that most people recommend producing your own e-zine, listing your web site on all the major search engines, viral marketing and listing your book at online e-book stores. Also putting a link to your website or book purchasing page in your signature when you list anything on forums has been suggested.
I was wondering if there are any other useful techniques that I haven't come across yet that you are aware of. Also from your own experience what have you found to be the most effective technique for generating sales of your e-books?
