Wow! That was a fast response! I can see why you are successful in what you do. You show that you care and appreciate your customers (of which I am one, since I have purchased your book) and you keep on top of communicating with people immediately, even when you don't "have" to. I have always appreciated people who get back to you as they promise (and I believe that is also one of my strong points, as well). I certainly appreciate you taking the time out of what I know must be a very busy schedule to encourage me. You have persuaded me to "do this". After all, if I don't start somewhere, I'll never do it, right? And what do I have to lose?
