I've come back to business writing after a break from it. And I'm getting enquiries which is great. But I'm also getting a lot of potential clients asking for 'getting to know you meetings' or meetings 'to discuss a project' this type of thing.
The problem I have is that I am a single parent, living in a rural area, and when you get to the long summer school break I'm in at the moment, meetings are almost impossible!
Is it possible to run a writing business, and do everything via e-mail/post and fax? I managed it without any difficulties as a freelance magazine writer.
