need help fixing a Bodine SCR FPM-850 (0850) AC to DC motor speed controller

I have a good one and a broken one. The attached motor shorted and broke the 0850. I
have a dvm. Neither fuse in the FPM blew, but the shop 20a breaker tripped. Two
parallel 0.33 ohm resisters were opened, so I replaced them, but that did not fix it.
I have looked high and low and cant find a schematic. Bodine is absolutely No help.
The user manual troubleshooting section was likewise.
