For the past 5 days, I have not been able to update the home page because of a problem with the server at the site that I have the home page uploaded to, which is TRIPOD.
And since this is a FREE home page site, that is, there is no charge for me to place the home page on their site, I get the same technical support that I pay for, NONE. Not only do they have no technical support, they won't even answer messsages sent to them asking for assistance.
Today I called their corporate headquarters in Massachusetts, got bounced around like a "Big Red Rubber Ball", and finally ended up at someone's voice mail. No sense in leaving a message since they don't answer messages sent from their site.
Hopefully I can find someone to instruct me on how to get this home page moved to a "pay" site, where I will also get technical support, and somehow direct those going to the present page to go to where ever the new page ends up.
I will keep you posted.
For all intents and purposes, there are no more tickets left for sale. Our policy on how we will pass out tickets from those that have to cancel, was part of the up-date files that I have not been able to upload. I will try to get some more information to you using this Message Board.
