All are welcome to share, support and help each other achieve a common goal. Sexual abstinence can be difficult to achieve and maintain, some rely on will power, others diversion, sport and activities. Others may rely on physical barriers such as chastity devices. Whatever the method you are welcome as we strive to live sex free lives.
