Wacoal as much as I like B'Tempted, presizes their bands. They have a presize numbers for 30 and 32 and up.
Example their 32 band is 27/28 underbust measurement. They use a loose measurement around ribcage before adding to the measurement.

Always snug measure and at most 3 inches to the number to get band.
Instead:
woman measures snugly 29 ribcage- then 40 bust measure 32H
with a 27 rubacge measure- they have to count 5 to get to 32 band, way too big.
27 measure should be in a 30 band, she can try 28, then the cup will be two more than a 30 band.
30 + 38 is 30H (5-'D's)
or
28 + 38 is 28J (7-'D')
I measure 29, they try to put me in a 34 band which is too big for me, rides up. I always stay with 32, sometimes a 30.
