The QE2 Dubai Project

Here is the project detail of QE2 in Dubai that I found it on the web. As the pdf had showed, the funnel will be replaced with a glass funnel with swimming pool, and the original funnel will replaced at part of the entrance to the hotel.

The lifeboats will be removed and the name at back and "Southamton" the port of registry will painted out, and the engine room will become public room.

I wish this is not the final project of QE2. This project make many change on the ship. But other side, the Queen Mary are still keeping many original stuff on it, such as lifeboats and the port of registry. This project is damage the ship very very much...

by the way, Norway was finished destroy in India few days ago.
