That block is very clean (Hot tanked several times))!!! Have you ever taken a picture of a block and it comes out dirtier than what it appears. That is very light spots of rust. NOTHING is flaking. If I sprayed it down with some oil it would look like a million dollars in the picture! Pictures are not like the real thing! And I never said that " cleanliness only counts in the bores". I spend a ton of time doing this stuff and sorry if it isn't picture perfect. But I'm not into "Hollywood" eye wash ether LOL. I do the real deal with other peoples junk or what I call scrap iron. I am glad that you appreciate the postings that I do. Don't take what I said to heart.
