I am going to say the Performer RPM will make the most power in the widest range, it may not be the top HP number though. It outperformed the F427 on mine. The engine i had in my ramptruck was almost identical save for maybe my head porting and i had much different headers, 2" x 48" primaries, 3 1/2" x 20" collectors.
