Response to Intake vacuum data

Re: "At WOT the PI was pulling 1.0" of vacuum at 5000 RPM. The CJ was pulling 1.2", and the Performer RPM was pulling about 1.4"."

Obviously with the PI the signal is not getting through the runners to the plenum. With restriction the manifold vacuum can not get high meaning less air/fuel goes through the carb. I'd love to know the differece in Carb CFM with 1.0" vs 1.4". I guess it is enough CFM to mean 18HP........... LOL
What confuses me is the nearly 30HP 30 FtLb @ 4000. This I presume is simply Fuel Air Quality Distribution and that really sucks... I'd go a step further and I'd say that there would be some serious differences in the Air:Fuel between cylinders with the PI.
