Now I don't feel so crazy. I always thought the streetmaster was a decent manifold. I installed quite a few of them in the mid 70's on pickups & motor homes. The last 390s in pickups were pathetic. Gas mileage was around 8 mpg and couldn't pull any trailer bigger then a snowmobile trailer. With just a streetmaster, headers & 600 Holly. mileage went to 14 and could pull any trailer you put on it. I knew on this forum if I said anything good about it. The flames would never end.
