Cool. Very cool.
In hindsight I guess I should have entered a pick for the only single plane intake

I ran a highly modified Holley Street Dominator (a kissin' cousin to the Stretmaster) for years, and knew it'd outrun a PI or sidewinder by a tenth. I also just assumed that a modern dual plane would be better since I'd never run one. I ran a single over a dual plane on the EMC motor just 'cuz it "felt" right. I guess I'm still not smart enough to trust my own experience more than what I "think is right".
I suspect that every factory intake is a dual plane because of part throttle behavior and response, rather than the WOT attributes tested on the dyno. Or all the factory engineeers are fools - thats a lot of power gained by a basic bolt on.
Awesome and eye opening information! Congrats!
