I think Jay's info is absolutely valid from a directional perspective. What I mean by that is that you could optimize the heck out of each manifold and the Streetmaster would still have come out on top. It was that far ahead. A larger, stronger, or higher RPM package would have just made the advantage more apparent since it was gaining as RPM rose.
Odds are that the only intake that would not have benefitted was the CJ since it looked pretty optimized already - - it might, maybe, maybe have dropped a position. Everything else would have maybe moved by a few numbers, but the conclusions would be the same.
The wide variance in EGTs is interesting - - I read that as showing that there exists still more potential for greater gains from a ported and detailed piece - and I was already surprised to see that big a variance in power. Also very curious at the Blue Thunder's vacuum versus power - - it sticks out from the rest without obvious reason. Points to some sort of internal restriction. I wonder if it needs/wants some divider whittling or an open spacer to get more window area into the other plane - - fodder for another test someday.
