BT and Streetmaster, were they lean on top?

Response to I tend to agree - but only to a point

I have read before that single plane intakes, even when making more power than a BP, still suffer from un-even distribution, that if fixed would make even MORE power.

Both the BT and the SM went so hot, could they have both been optimised as you said to each make more power?

And that CJ sure looks nice with all the lines close together!!! Ford engineers worked hard on that one.
