The Tri-Ys that have the Goofy Firing Order are JBA that run 5&6 and 7&8 as the primary steps. FPAs the ones Jay ran are almost universally burdended in both their tri-Y and 4to1 collectors with doofy very short cheap looking merge/collector cones that are miles from what one sees on Race Cars. The FPAs however do use the correct Sequence on the firing order of the header primaries on their tri-ys.
I just wonder if that firing sequence makes that great a difference and perhaps if the propper merge collectors.... make up for the firing order. All this with respect to Jays eye opener..............
