I assume you mean it went from 352 to 375? Your post says 252 to 275.
Ron usually keeps the revs down on the first pull. I'll bet that he ran the engine higher in RPM on the second pull, and that's where the extra HP came from. But, I don't know; do you still have the data to see the RPM figures? A jump of 23 HP from only a two degree timing increase is really wild!
