I think I'd have to rig up some sort of throttle stop in order to do that, because there's not really any way to position the throttle all that accurately from the dyno console. What do you think I would gain by running such a test?
Today when I put the 850 double pumper on the engine, the first pull yielded 230 HP. What the ??? Turned out that the choke had closed up during the pull! Does that qualify as a closed throttle run? I could always adjust the choke to a known position to simulate a closed throttle. Of course, the engine would run a little rich this way...
