I'm going to switch to the under the carb vacuum port on the 750 DP Holley, and use that as my vacuum source for all subsequent tests. If the next Streetmaster test shows high vacuum also, I think we can safely conclude that the carb is a restriction. At which point I'll swap on the 850, and see what happens...
