It's got to be either the cam or the Tri-Y headers.
I was expecting this mix of parts to be reach 55-5800 before droppping off. Peak HP is 51-5400 depending on the manifold which is low to me.
I'd change the headers first and then the cam if it was mine.
The real point is that these tests are valid for this combination of parts. Your combinatiion will certainly have different results.
As an aside Jay has definitely proved that you can't determine if a spacer will help power unless you do some testing.
ADDED: I also wonder why the torque curve is so low at the bottom end. I expected it to be flatter starting between 400 and 450 at 2500 RPM and not being quite so high. I suspect the headers are the pushing the peak - but are they holding the bottom end torque down?
