I used the Rustoleum and it's pretty good

of course I didn't follow the directions, but acid washed my old 30 year old floor first. Seems to be holding up well except where I drop heavy stuff or scrape it. Been 4 years now. I don't drive on it daily so that may or may not make a difference.
