flasher location

Response to Yes. I would like to know where it is too.

Gentelman there is a second flasher fuse just above where the nuteral safty switch is at on the lower portion of the steering column (if an automatic). just above that you will see a steel bracket that holds the column. Just above that bracket lying on top is the 2nd flasher. Mine was camoflaged by some goldish colored mohair type padding. I went so far to pull the dashpad and begin to remove the insturment cluster when I got out to get a screwdriver and looked down through the windshield and BAM their it was. Its a real engenering puck up on fords behalf. They should have taken from chevy and put er by the fuse panel.BTW I had brake ligths and parking lights but when engaged the turn singal lever the arrow on the dash lit but didnt flash. This fuse fixed my problem. Its the same fuse thats used in the glove box for the emergency flashers Good luck Matt
