Response to Tri-power help!
If you are sure there is fuel pressure to the problem carb then time to check float level at the sight plug or pull the needle/seat assembly and check for blockage from debris. Checking the float level can be done by removing the sight plug on the side of the float bowl. Fuel should just dampen the bottom of the threads. If fuel is not present try bumping the car side to side lightly and see if fuel sloshes out the hole. If the problem is still there the carb will need to be removed and disassembled and checked for fuel blockage at main jets, IFRs or some sort of circuit blockage. Be sure to let us know what you find.
