..........ignition switch from the circuit. Your second, maybe first, relay is not releasing, either a broken internal spring or contacts have welded themselves together. You can try the electician's simple method of rapping the relay to try to release the solenoid's contacts. I'd also make sure that there is a bare spot underneath the relay where it bolts to the fenderwell for a good ground, JMO, Rod. BTW, as Electrician I recommend using a long screwdriver and holding it by the shank, hitting it with the handle.
