Hydraulic clutch problem

Two weeks ago I blew the o-rings in the McLeod 1400 series t/o bearing on my 427/TKO 600 setup in my 64 Comet Cyclone. McLeod sent me a new model 1406 bearing and I installed it. I have been completely unable to get any clutch pedal pressure with the new bearing and my clutch m/c. I've tried everything from gravity bleeding to pressure bleeding. Yesterday I even stooped so low as to take it to a Ford dealership to have one of their technicians check it out. He claims that there is no air in the system and that there must be a problem with the m/c.

I am about ready to pull the tranny again and junk the entire hydraulic system and change over to an external slave system.

Does anyone know of a vendor that has designed a hydraulic clutch master cylinder and external slave that will work on an FE and TKO 600 setup?

Any suggestions on how I might be able to get the current system to build pressure?
