Brent I'm reading into your statements and something's not adding up

I thought USA Premium Pump Gas was good for 10.00:1 CR. I don't have a clue about Euro-Gas in Frenchy Land but if it's less then desireable over there,,,,,what's USA Pump Gas Super-less-than-desirable?
Obviously I'm getting some part of the equation wrong...........
