Considering they're made to go 50,000 miles with thousands of different drivers they really are pretty beefy, include swivel wheels, deluxe hand push bar and are ****Chromed**** no less.
Unfortunately we all know, by the book even an abandoned one in a ditch could end your butt up in jail..
