You are way too young to get Bored with Your Ford...
Somebody might Flame Us anyway.......OK, the Fire suit is on...
The later SBC's deleted the boss, so we're screwed there. Mount the pump on the frame rail close to the tank, make sure that road debris or hazards cannot smack it....before an FE does..The lines should be fine, usually 3/8 ''
The 305 to 350 is a popular exchange, you know that you have an EFI cam right? They get good mileage and less emissions but are not optimized for your induction. The FI cams have less overlap usually, wider lobe centers, they are designed for economy and less emissions basically. You'll be fine but next time, swap in a 351 Windsor??
Or the awesome, Chevy killing 351 Cleveland !! That's right, a closed chamber Cleveland, with it's 2.19 valves, tore Chevy a new one...that's why the Chebbie Pendejos copied our canted valve Cleveland Heads for later race Chebbies !! Placing two exhaust valves side by side was doomed to get obsoleted !
OK, good luck...Chevy does build a nice
