Looks like one of those "water injection"intakes

Seeing both parts I wonder if the seller is totally clueless. After all, that "little bit of rust" would be ok on an exhaust manifold, right? So it's a cam lobe, what's the diff? Sad part of ebay, shipping is sometimes the major cost - each way.
