By the time you win the first real (legal) auction to get the car, the second private sale pseudo-auction could easily separate the wheat from the chaff.
Maybe whomever has the other parts won't unfairly leverage the situation. knowing the value of the car is significantly dependent upon those unique original parts is quite a chance to make a buck, be difficult or maybe even both. Buying the body as the highest bidder while only hoping to be able to complete it with the vehicle's original (if it actually is?) is a big gamble imho.
Regardless, that is a very cool car.
