I've soaked it with PBlaster and I can spin it. I've bought and used 5 different removal tools, breaking 1. I know I have to push in before seating tool and pulling, looking at the depth of the cup on the line, I believe I'm fully seating the tool, but it still won't come out. It's the output running to the engine, not the input or, I guess the return, those two I got off. They have the fitting with the button you press, the front has the metal clip that goes around the line and snaps onto the filter discharge and inserts into the line opening.
I've heard of guys cutting off the old line at the filter and using hose and hose clamps on the new filter, but I'd like to use that as a last resort.
