Hi - working on a magazine article. Does anyone know all of the 427 SOHC block casting numbers? When did Ford begin production of these blocks and when did it end. Thanks!

Jim ----I believe the only dedicated Cammer blocks had the casting number C5AE-H. I don't know when they started, but I think they made them until the end of 1965. John V would probably know for sure and will probably come to your aid.

The "H" block casting wasn't unique to the SOHC, was it?

Just unique in how it was machined, correct?
