Spark Plugs

What's a good plug for a mild 390 in my 67? Time for a new set. TIA, Calvin
1967 Ranger 390,PS,PB,C6,9 inch.
1967 Mustang 302,PS,C4,9 inch,4wheel disc,NOS.
1996 F250 7.3 Powerstroke "Smoke Show" at the flip of a switch.

Autolite 45

Are a good set of plugs. Basically bf42s and that's what they would have came with.

45's are a good start , but if your borderline on -----

If your borderline on the compression ration ( cylinder pressure ) they may be a tad too hot Autolite 124s can be used to help there
